Fina Zhou

Fina Zhou is a Los Angeles–based multidisciplinary producer from Beijing, China, working across theater, film, performance, and interdisciplinary art. Her artistic practice explores trans-lingual storytelling and cross-cultural collaboration, with a focus on developing new work and creating spaces where diverse identities can coexist. She holds a BA in Psychology and Film from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she received the Frederick A. Buerki Award to produce Endless Poetry, the first original Chinese musical theater production in the Midwest. She is currently completing her MFA in Producing at CalArts. Selected production credits include Life Is a Dream (Highways Performance Space), Raja Oedipus (LA Gamelan Festival); Film: Exodus Promises, Little Lies Little Crime, and CalArts productions including Volver, Living Landscape, The Winter’s Tale, Mother Courage and Her Children, The Master and Margarita, An Experiment with an Air Pump, Echoes from the Uterus, Wealth and Hellness, Graduation 2025, and Actors Showcase 2024 & 2025.
