Zoë Lappin

Zoë Lappin (they/them) is an experience designer and producer from Los Angeles, California. Their work centers queer expression and escapism through immersion, often utilizing video and subverting traditional theatrical norms. Their work includes creative direction for CalArts Drag Ball: Queer Wrestling Entertainment (2023) and Grotesque Burlesque (2024). Production design for CalArts Halloween: Ethereal Convergence (2024), exhibit design for CalArts Drag Ball: High Noon (2024) and video design for Faust: A Digital Fairytale, daughter, The Fig and the Wasp, and more. They're the school of theater's in house videographer, and in their free time they knit, collage, and slow down their computer by using photoshop, illustrator, and indesign simultaneously.
