Flavie is a costume designer currently pursuing an MFA in Scenic Production with a specialization in Costume Design at the California Institute of the Arts. With a background in fashion design from LISAA School of Design, her practice is rooted in a strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and material exploration. She is particularly drawn to highly creative projects that allow her to fully engage her imagination and develop unique, thoughtfully constructed pieces. Her work is influenced by the performing arts and a curiosity for diverse creative fields, leading her to explore a wide range of techniques and visual languages. Through each project, she is interested in shaping characters and narratives through costume, from concept to final execution.
